- The balloon ride over Segovia of approximately one hour and transfers from the landing area to the starting point in jeep.
- A toast with cava at the end of the flight, according to the tradition of baptism in the air, following the example of the first travelers who survived their first balloon trip in history.
The first aeronauts were Jean-Francois Pilâtre de Roziers and the Marquis d’Arlandes, who after their flight over Paris in 1783, celebrated the happy event by toasting with champagne. In Spain, this tradition has been adapted by replacing French champagne with Spanish cava.
