
In our experience in transformation and change processes, we could highlight three major steps and an initial step that gather the best practices in this regard:
Step 0. How to understand the context and be able to act
Look to the future to know what to build. Indeed, as we will see we must fix the engine. But at the same time, we must improve it. And this improvement must respond to the path we want to follow. A path where the challenges that the Society faces and to which the Entity and the Company must respond must be glimpsed. And that response must be the best, the optimal one, while being flexible before the appearance of new challenges on this new path that we cannot miss.
Step 1. How to recognize us
It is a great opportunity to review the values and make sure that they are the best to help us reach the goal, being able to recognize ourselves during the journey and when we reach the top as a result.
Step 2. How to get there
There is a part of the teams that must work to identify the causes of the problems and quickly establish processes to anticipate and stop in advance those behaviors that have caused them to emerge. But we must go further and see what other risks may arise in the path that we have drawn towards the future. Yes future.
Step 3. Launch, monitoring, control and continuous improvement.
The action. We are action professionals. All this must be thought of and activated almost at the same time. Indeed, this too has changed. Before things were analyzed in depth. Now there is less time, simply because the environment moves faster.
We must not only create passion for transformation, but also ensure that no one is excluded from it, that everyone can participate in it, because there are no illusions that do not respond to a common good, above the Entity, Company or Organization.
